Summary: The Project Manager role at Fidelity International involves overseeing strategic change projects within the Enterprise Technology Services Change Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery and closure
  • Provide guidance and input to project sponsors and Accountable Executives (AEs)
  • Maintain RAID logs, project plans, and cost/benefit tracking
  • Lead working groups and steering committees, preparing and presenting governance documentation
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances, presenting findings at governance forums
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance, maintaining project artefacts and documentation

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience within large, complex financial institutions
  • Proven ability to manage interdependent projects and deliver under pressure
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in running workshops and steering committees
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Desirable background in business change (non-technical focus)
  • Professional project management accreditation (PMP, APMP, PRINCE2, Agile etc.)
  • Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline
  • Experience with line management

Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Fidelity International for an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Change Team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of strategic change projects across our Corporate Enabler portfolios – including the CFO, CPO, and General Counsel domains. You’ll manage projects through the full lifecycle, driving outcomes that align with Fidelity’s methodologies and governance standards. You’ll also engage with senior stakeholders, coordinate across multiple business and technology teams, and ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits.
