I’m recruiting for a Project Manager with proven cut & carve experience to lead complex construction works across London. You’ll be joining a contractor renowned for delivering high-profile, technically challenging projects, from structural alterations to major refurbishments, often in live or sensitive environments where precision and planning are everything.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years’ experience managing cut & carve projects.
- Proven background with subcontractors, delivering high-quality work for tier one contractors.
- ASTA Powerproject expertise – confident in programming and planning.
- A hands-on leader with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering projects in occupied buildings or tight city-centre sites is highly desirable.
Location: London
Rate: £400 – £450 per day (DOE)
