  • Track platform dependencies, including Azure, infrastructure, identity/access, security, testing, release and operational readiness items.
  • Support backlog and delivery visibility by ensuring key work items, priorities, blockers and milestones are clearly understood and reflected in reporting.
  • Prepare clear senior-level presentations and written updates, including progress summaries, key risks, delivery confidence, decisions required and next steps.

  • Work with the Helpdesk Lead and Operations team to ensure operational impacts, support readiness and user-facing considerations are understood before go-live.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, third-party suppliers, service providers and relevant client stakeholders.
  • Help establish and maintain proportionate processes for project status, delivery reporting, RAID management, action tracking and decision logging.

Key Skills:

  • Five or more years of experience in project delivery, project management, portfolio coordination or delivery management.

The role will provide an integrated delivery view across a portfolio of digital applications and related workstreams, including on-premise applications, cloud-based applications, Azure/platform dependencies, supplier delivery, operational readiness and senior reporting.

This is not a purely administrative project reporting role. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with Operations, Programme Management, Scrum Masters, technical leads, Business Analysts, QA, Helpdesk, service providers and senior stakeholders to ensure that delivery is visible, actively managed and clearly reported.
The role does not require the candidate to be a software developer or technical architect. However, the candidate must have strong working knowledge of software delivery, application lifecycle management, Agile delivery practices, release planning and operational handover.
The successful candidate will be able to operate at both delivery and senior stakeholder levels: engaging with delivery teams to understand real progress, risks and blockers, while also preparing clear, concise updates for senior management.
Objectives of this role
