Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery against agreed objectives
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to maintain momentum and focus
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, monitoring progress and dependencies
- Lead proactive risk and issue management, escalating and resolving challenges efficiently
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communication across all project stakeholders
- Uphold strong governance and change control processes to maintain delivery discipline
Key Skills:
- Extensive project management experience within complex, fast-paced transformation environments
- Strong background in systems implementation, preferably within the Retail, Food & Beverage, or Events sectors
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and capable of challenging constructively
- Comfortable delivering under pressure with a clear focus on results and accountability
- Skilled in agile methodologies and experienced with structured project frameworks
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM) is preferred
