Summary: The Senior Project Manager for Digital Transformation will lead multiple global business and digital projects within a professional services organization. This role focuses on delivering value through innovative change, requiring exceptional planning and collaboration skills. The position is a 15-month fixed-term contract based in Leeds with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple global business and digital projects - from idea to implementation.
  • Partner with senior sponsors to define clear benefits and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and risks with precision and transparency.
  • Build trusted relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.
  • Champion best practice in project management, promoting agile and innovative delivery approaches.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve how we deliver change across the organisation.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end business change projects (business readiness, TOM, planning, execution, delivery, benefits realisation).
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (eg PRINCE2, APM).
  • Proven track record of full project life cycle delivery in complex, Matrix environments.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, facilitate and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Salary (Rate): £65,000 yearly

As a key player in our Portfolio, Programme & Project Management team, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple global business and digital projects - from idea to implementation.
