Project Manager required for a 6-month contract with a leading Financial Services organisation based flexibly from Leeds. This hybrid role, deemed outside IR35, offering a rate between £600 - £660 / day. The business is entering an ambitious phase of growth with major transformation initiatives underway, making this an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help deliver high-impact change. A critical part of this role will be the ability to design and implement frameworks, tools and delivery approaches from scratch, embedding best practice in a fast-evolving environment. As part of a newly formed change function, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives within an agile environment. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires a highly adaptable, hands-on individual who thrives in ambiguity and can take ownership from day one, building structure and momentum where it may not yet exist. Key focus areas will include third-party vendor onboarding and integration (including user access and data integration), updates to policies, procedures and operational standards, and improvements across operational processes, MI, reporting and oversight. You will also support changes to the operating model and governance framework while ensuring business readiness through engagement, training and upskilling of Head Office teams and Advisors.
