Summary: The Project Manager role at TIEVA involves leading a project team to deliver IT solutions across various industries, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the response of projects, acknowledging details following agreed SLA’s.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, forecasting, risk, issues and escalation management, and seamless service transition.
- Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously of differing types and technologies.
- Manage the delivery of projects adhering to the agreed project process and utilising the relevant project documentation.
- To manage the handover of all relevant projects into BAU.
- Weekly reporting on projects to the Head of Projects and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting for projects.
- Effective management of expectations by communicating project timelines, risks and dependencies.
- Updating RAID Log, forecasting, Project Progress Report and raising an exception report to capture project change.
- Act professionally concerning management, confidentiality, security, personal attitude and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the Project team to help achieve Key Results and Tactical Objectives.
- Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.
- Meeting with the customer to identify and agree project requirements.
- Preparing a Statement of Works, plus other project documentation as required.
- Ensuring the project is managed to meet the customer proposal and contract.
- Ascertaining written agreements and establishing expectations for the lifecycle of the project.
- Meeting required and agreed deadlines.
- Ensure proactive steps are taken to resolve project delays, escalating where necessary.
- Providing a supported handover, including details of all configurations, technical data, contract data.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 4 years in a project management role in an IT environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects within the IT Sector.
- Experience in Cloud Technologies – Azure, Microsoft 365 modern workplace implementations is desired.
- Experience in Network and Security Solutions is desired.
- Experience in Telecommunications is desired.
- Experience in Infrastructure and Datacentre deployments is desired.
- Extensive background working within Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Prince 2 certified foundation and practitioner level is desirable.
- Knowledge of IT technologies.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join an established project team with a high focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
