Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and shape solutions.
- Focus on third-party vendor onboarding and integration, including user access and data integration.
- Update policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Improve operational processes, MI, reporting, and oversight.
- Support changes to the operating model and governance framework.

- Manage RAID logs, risks, and programme dependencies.

As part of a newly formed change function, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology change initiatives within an agile environment. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Key focus areas will include third-party vendor onboarding and integration (including user access and data integration), updates to policies, procedures and operational standards, and improvements across operational processes, MI, reporting and oversight. You will also support changes to the operating model and governance framework while ensuring business readiness through engagement, training and upskilling of Head Office teams and Advisors.
