Summary: The role of Project Manager involves overseeing significant projects within a matrix management environment as part of the PPMO. Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a single large project or a number of smaller projects from appointment
- Develop and implement the project's governance framework
- Manages the appointment of individuals to the project delivery teams
- Manage the project team to deliver allocated planned priority deliverables
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Experience at management level; managing large and/or multiple smaller projects
- Skills in resolving complex problems and managing conflicting issues
- Local Authority experience is essential
Salary (Rate): £400 daily

My client in the North West are looking to appoint a talented Project Manager on a Contract basis.
The Project Manager will be an integral part of the PPMO who make change happen for the organisation. They may be expected to work in a matrix management environment operating delivery within Portfolios or major programmes.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £350 - £400 per day, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
