Summary: This role is for a Project Manager at a prominent insurance firm in Hong Kong, focusing on project delivery that aligns with business requirements, including product launches and compliance initiatives. The position requires managing project portfolios and liaising with various stakeholders, including C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project management within the insurance sector and a proven track record of leading large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project delivery to meet business requirements - including product launch, operational efficiency uplift, strategic projects and other regulatory/compliance related initiatives.
• Project portfolio management - including resource planning, effort estimations and prioritization.
• Liaise with business team members and C-suite levels on delivery timeline, cost and scope.
• Ensure the completeness of functional requirements collected from various business users and the quality of technology deliverables.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or related subjects.
• 5-8 years’ working experience in project management in insurance company with successful track records.
• Experience in leading large scale program is highly desirable.
• Certification on project management (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and proven capacity to develop and implement initiatives/projects.
• Able to work well with superiors, co-workers and external team members.
• Capable of working independently and proactive to work on the project.
