Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cutover strategies and manage end-to-end cutover activities.
- Coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure system readiness before and after go live.
- Manage circuit-related transitions and ensure minimal downtime during deployment.
- Align cutover activities with operational, security, and compliance requirements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Cutover Management, Program Deployment, or Network/Telecom transitions.
- Experience managing global or multi-stakeholder cutover events.
- Understanding of telecom systems, bandwidth planning, and circuit management.
- Strong project management capabilities in schedule management and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field. (Aligned with telecom PM profiles)
* 5-10 years of experience in Cutover Management, Program Deployment, or Network/Telecom transitions.
* Experience managing global or multi stakeholder cutover events.
* Understanding of telecom systems, bandwidth planning, circuit management, and long haul information transfer services.
* Strong project management capabilities in schedule management, risk mitigation, and execution leadership.
