Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, from brief to completion
- Managing client relationships and ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Overseeing the supply chain and ensuring effective contractor performance
- Producing clear, professional project reports and updates
- Ensuring compliance with H&S, CDM, and governance standards
- Supporting tendering and subcontractor appointment processes
- Controlling budgets, timelines, and quality of delivery
- Maintaining and updating internal project tracking tools
Key Skills:
- Proven Project Management experience in FM or related fields
- On-site installation and inspection experience
- CDM and H&S knowledge
- Familiarity with JCT, NEC, or GC Works contract models
- Strong commercial and budget management skills
- Experience in client-facing, multi-site TFM environments
- IOSH Certification (required)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team delivering lifecycle projects, variations, and Authority Change Requests (ACRs) across a complex and diverse Facilities Management portfolio.
You'll be at the heart of project delivery—leading supply chain coordination, driving client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
