Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate gateway reviews for non-production projects, ensuring governance standards are upheld
- Facilitate escalation pathways between central and plant teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Own and manage Group & Domain review meetings, including agenda setting and execution
- Triage risks and issues across multiple projects, maintaining assurance and delivery hygiene
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle stages from initiation to closure
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Mentor junior project managers and promote best practice standards
Key Skills:
- Proven experience operating as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments
- Strong understanding of project governance, assurance, and risk management frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
