About the role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-team initiatives. This role will focus on delivering large-scale programs that span multiple product and engineering teams, particularly around acquisitions, integrations, and large platform migrations. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business change, ensuring complex initiatives are delivered successfully while aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives across product, engineering, and business functions
• Manage programs related to acquisitions, integrations, and platform migrations
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Drive alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes
• Support product and platform changes required as part of migration or integration initiatives
• Identify and manage risks, blockers, and delivery dependencies
• Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programs
• Experience managing initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to structure and drive delivery in complex environments
• Experience with platform migrations, integrations, or large technical transformations is a plus
