Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes.
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work.
- Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
- Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
- Competitively price the works whilst returning expected profit margins.
- Review all preconstruction information and implement a construction phase plan.
- Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms.
Key Skills:
- Experience of Microsoft packages, in particular, Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

Project Manager – £63k – £68k + £5k Car Allowance + mileage
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to make the key appointment of Project Manager for a portfolio along the M3 corridor, covering Dorset, Hampshire and London.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will responsible for managing inception to completion projects ranging in value from £500k - £2m.
Working across a diverse multi-property portfolio, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple M&E maintenance, refurbishment and alteration projects to Blue-Chip clients.
