The Role/About You
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SEMD (Security and Emergency Measures Direction) to oversee the delivery of essential infrastructure upgrades within the Thames Water region. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership in the water sector and a deep understanding of security compliance and project governance.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and handover—ensuring all works meet regulatory standards and are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain high standards of documentation and reporting will be key to success.
