- Use JIRA, Roadmunk and related tooling to provide transparent visibility of delivery status, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Define and communicate deliverables, expected outcomes, roles and responsibilities clearly.
- Serve as Scrum Master where appropriate, facilitating agile ceremonies and practices.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to improve planning discipline and delivery predictability.
- Use metrics and stakeholder reporting to surface trends and risks, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Serve as Scrum Master where appropriate, facilitating agile ceremonies and practices in a pragmatic way that supports delivery rather than imposing rigid process.

- Use metrics, lightweight documentation and stakeholder reporting to surface trends and risks, foster collaboration and continuous improvement, and support the team's gradual evolution towards mature agile delivery.
