Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors to manage ad hoc projects and ongoing Bank AML initiatives and workflows.
- Streamline workflows and processes including escalation and documentation of EDD reviews.
- Implement technology enhancements to processes and incorporate onboarding tools to business lines.
- Maintain up-to-date internal Bank AML client-related logs and track client-related metrics for periodic review, compilation, and regulatory/audit requests.
- Assist in recordkeeping for the department, ensuring proper documentation is available in customer files.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory/audit requests and assist with annual client customer reviews and enhanced due diligence.
- Effectively communicate and screen potential third-party vendors in conjunction with varied stakeholders and business groups.
- Maintain a strong system of internal governance and controls.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- 8+ years of experience in Banking and Cards.
