Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Proven experience delivering projects in core banking, digital transformation, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Understanding of banking operations, products, and technologies.
- Experience working with external vendors or fintech partners.
