Role: Business Analyst/Project Manager

Contact Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and traceability across Operating Model, Data Quality, and Data Dictionary/Taxonomy workstreams.
Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, user journeys, data mappings, and traceability artefacts to support solution design and delivery.
Data Management knowledge (Data Dictionary, Taxonomy, Metadata, Lineage and Data Quality).
Facilitate workshops with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and validate solutions.
Support programme delivery through governance, testing, business readiness, and documentation activities.
Demonstrated expertise in hybrid delivery (Agile & Waterfall), JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and user story development.
Strong stakeholder management with experience in data mapping, service design, operating model transition, and regulatory change delivery.
