Summary: The role of Project Manager involves overseeing the construction of a new building, managing all phases from groundworks and blockwork to internal fit-out. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the project, from initial groundworks and blockwork construction through to internal fit-out completion.
  • Oversee a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring a secure site for all.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project and minimizing disruptions.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project.
