Are you an experienced Project Manager based in the South West with a strong track record of coordinating and delivering complex B2B projects end-to-end? We're partnering with a growing, close-knit digital agency (11 employees) that specialises in delivering high-impact work for B2B clients. They're seeking a contract Project Manager to join their team and lead strategic delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on project management position where you will take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and coordination through to execution, client presentation, and closure. You'll work closely with a small core team and, while the role is predominantly remote, you should be happy to meet with the team in person in the South West on occasion.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Project Coordination & Leadership
- Drive the delivery of complex B2B projects with clarity and confidence, ensuring all moving parts stay aligned, on time, and on budget.
- Planning & Time Management
- Build comprehensive project plans, dependencies, milestones and resource schedules and ensure these plans are kept up-to-date and are realistic.
- Client Engagement & Presentation
- Present work to B2B clients with professionalism and cohesion, ensuring that messaging, delivery updates, and outcomes land with impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to set expectations, anticipate risks, elevate issues early, and help unblock delivery obstacles.
What We're Looking For
