Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore foundation installation projects.
- Manage project teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and offshore operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and HSE standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across project phases.
- Support tendering and business development activities as required.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing offshore wind or marine construction projects, ideally involving foundation installation (monopiles, jackets, suction buckets, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of offshore construction methods, marine logistics, and vessel operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, PMI/Prince2).
- Right to work in the UK or EU.
- Desirable: Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major offshore wind developers.
- Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, GWO) are a plus.
- Knowledge of contract management (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
