The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of our new charity-focused Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This project will modernise our digital infrastructure, streamline business processes, and improve data-driven decision-making. Working closely with teams across the organisation and collaborating with external providers, you will lead the development of the new CRM ensuring it reflects the diverse needs of our colleagues and empowers us to work more efficiently and effectively. As a hybrid role the intention is that office based and external facing work will constitute 40% of working time over each month.
