Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of colleague-centric projects.

- Implement technology enhancements such as live chat and Oracle AI.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects within tight timescales and budgets.
- Engage with director-level stakeholders and manage steering committee conversations.
- Run workshops and deliver complex messaging to peers and stakeholders.
- Adapt written communication for various audiences to ensure clarity of complex concepts.
