Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, and delivery of colleague-centric projects.

  • Implement technology enhancements such as live chat and Oracle AI.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects within tight timescales and budgets.
  • Engage with director-level stakeholders and manage steering committee conversations.
  • Run workshops and deliver complex messaging to peers and stakeholders.
  • Adapt written communication for various audiences to ensure clarity of complex concepts.
