I require an experienced Project Manager to work on a Rail project in Central London on a long term basis for an established client.
Paying a salary base on experience between £500 - 550 a shift + “Outside IR35” + 1 – 2 year duration + Weekly payments
The works will require someone to be based from home and site in Central London.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a large electrical package of works and a number of other smaller packages of work on site which total £2-3m in size.
Responsibilities will include: -
- Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies.
- Ensuring the project program, documentation is being correctly administered and maintained.
- Overseeing sub contractors and liaising with the client throughout the project adhereing to the clients standards.
- Delivering these projects in accordance with a program of works.
- Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them.
- Reporting into the Senior Project Manager.
You will take a lead role working for an experienced M&E company that has a great name in the industry in delivering engineering projects.
Payments are £500 - 550 a day with weekly payments, Outside IR35 on a long term basis.
