Summary: The Project Manager will oversee projects related to network and wireless infrastructure, reporting to the Programme Manager. The position is hands-on and involves planning, executing, and managing complex projects while ensuring compliance with company policies. The role is based in Droitwich and is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis for a fixed term of 9 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage complex projects related to network and wireless infrastructure, including Access Technologies, Network Topography, BSS/OSS systems, and security.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets that ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and business units, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risk.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and vendor performance management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project-related documents.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor project expenses and manage project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and privacy policies.

Essential
- 5+ years of experience in project management of network and infrastructure projects.
- Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, design, and implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to travel as needed
