Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading UK organisation on an Inside IR35 contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can lead complex projects, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and governance.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology initiatives.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between internal teams, third-party suppliers, and business partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 6 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven project delivery experience within:
• Manufacturing
• Logistics
• Service-based organisations
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced business environments.
• Experience delivering projects involving SaaS-based solutions is preferred.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working with government suppliers.
• Exposure to regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.

Mandatory Criteria

• Must have demonstrable experience working within the private sector.
• Candidates with a public sector background will not be considered.
• Immediate availability or up to a 1-month notice period preferred.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Inside IR35
• Work Arrangement: Primarily Onsite
• Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week (where applicable)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred
