The role
Lead multidisciplinary Civil, Mechanical & MEICA teams.
Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
Manage programme, commercial performance, procurement, risk and cashflow.
Drive a strong Health, Safety, Quality & Sustainability culture.
Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Lead project teams, mentor staff and support their development.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ Project Management experience , ideally within water/wastewater, utilities or construction.
Civil or Mechanical Engineering background — either will be considered.
Experience delivering engineering/construction projects, ideally involving Civil, Mechanical or MEICA packages.
Level 8 Honours Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong commercial, programme management and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Full driving licence.
