Freelance rate: up to £500 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £90 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK.
They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Commercial.
They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £25million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.
The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of an experienced Project Manager.

Type: New build of 10 small/medium industrial units
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong track record Industrial or Logistics & Distribution sector.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build.
- Industrial/Warehouse projects up to the value of £10 million.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment.
