The project includes the installation of a large diameter polyethylene pipe across various terrains over a 2-year period. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a core team of agents, engineers, foremen, and work teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Overseeing all aspects of safety, commercial, programme, and stakeholder management
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies
- Implementing and managing digital platforms relevant to project execution

The project involves the installation of a 1200mm diameter polyethylene pipe, traversing rural areas, the M6, A45, and a section of ancient woodland, over a 2-year build period.
