Summary: The Facilities Fit Out Project Manager will oversee and lead multiple office relocation projects across the Midlands, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to company standards. This role involves close collaboration with regional teams and senior management, as well as maintaining high health and safety standards throughout the projects. The position is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. Immediate start is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
- Coordinating staff relocation to newly completed offices
- Overseeing the exit and handover of old office spaces
- Acting as the main point of contact for project updates
- Tracking project expenses
- Ensuring the highest level of health & safety at all times
