Summary: The Project Manager role at Addison Project Plc involves providing comprehensive project management services for engineering design projects in Greater London. The contractor will oversee the delivery of a new process integrated into an operational manufacturing plant, ensuring effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in project management within the EPC/EPCm sectors, particularly in food and beverage, chemicals, or petrochemicals. The role is contract-based for 12 months and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering design-based project management services from Front End through detailed design.
- Full responsibility for the delivery to install a new process integrated into an operational manufacturing plant.
- Complete project management services from Front End through detailed design.
- Day-to-day client interface and stakeholder management.
- Provide guidance to client teams and the construction manager.
- Plan and control scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
- Coordinate multi-discipline design (Process, Mech, EC&I, Civils/Struct) and constructability reviews.
- Lead all on-site activities, ensuring proactive communication with clients, design, and construction teams.
- Conduct site surveys for future site scopes and identify potential issues or delays.
- Oversee procurement and contractor management.
- Manage change control, TQs/RFIs, EWNs/CEs (as applicable), and maintain a clear reporting cadence.
- Ensure quality management.
- Provide weekly progress reporting and dashboards for clients and Addison.
Key Skills:
- Proven project management experience delivering EPC/EPCm projects in industry (UK onshore in food and beverage/chemicals/petrochemicals).
- Demonstrable design engineering experience delivering projects on time and to budget.
- Solid planning skills (Microsoft Project) and cost/risk control.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Minimum HNC or City and Guilds in a Mechanical/Piping or Civil and Structural discipline with relevant design engineering experience.
- Project management qualification is desirable.

Addison Project Plc are seeking a PSC contractor to provide Project Management services to support a project in Greater London.
Workscope:

Experience Required
It is essential you can demonstrate the following:
- Proven Project Management experience delivering EPC/EPCm projects in industry (UK onshore in food and beverage/chemicals/petrochemicals).

- Solid planning skills (Microsoft Project) and cost/risk control.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision making.
