Summary: The role of Workday Implementation Project Manager involves leading a significant global transformation project to consolidate HR and Finance platforms into a single Workday solution. This hands-on position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Workday deployments and strong project management skills. The contract is for six months, with a requirement to work two days a week in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the global rollout of Workday across UK, EU, North America, and APAC.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
  • Engage with senior HR and Finance leaders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Provide governance and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Flex your schedule for occasional calls with APAC.

We’re embarking on a major global transformation, consolidating multiple HR and Finance platforms into a single Workday solution. To make this happen, we need an experienced Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead the charge. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support early stages of the implementation lifecycle, working closely with our Workday partner, internal teams, and senior stakeholders across regions.
