Summary: The role of Workday Implementation Project Manager involves leading a significant global transformation project to consolidate HR and Finance platforms into a single Workday solution. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the global rollout of Workday across UK, EU, North America, and APAC.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
- Engage with senior HR and Finance leaders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Provide governance and reporting to senior leadership.
- Flex your schedule for occasional calls with APAC.

To make this happen, we need an experienced Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead the charge. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support early stages of the implementation lifecycle, working closely with our Workday partner, internal teams, and senior stakeholders across regions.
