Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of Adobe DAM deployment and Workfront implementation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consulting teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Support the vendor selection process for Workfront, including RFPs, evaluations, and onboarding.
- Ensure alignment with technology and governance standards.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to the Functions Technology Programme Manager.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews as needed.
Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing technology or digital transformation context.
- Proven experience with Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) - preferably during early-stage deployments.
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar work management platforms.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and consulting teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role will focus on the deployment and integration of Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) and the selection and implementation of a Workfront solution.
You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation support. The role requires strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with multiple consulting teams.
