Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex technical remediation initiatives across multiple business units and projects
- Translate infrastructure-focused change into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders
- Deliver multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and timelines
- Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define deliverables and success criteria
- Track progress, report on delivery status, and maintain strong governance across the change portfolio
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, delivery standards, and operational efficiency
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex remediation and infrastructure change projects within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of Financial Services regulations and operating environments
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams independently across business and technology functions
- Highly proficient with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and financial control frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior audiences
- Experience within Life & Pensions is desirable but not essential
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within financial services
