This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and bring structure, clarity, and delivery focus to a complex programme. The Role Lead the technical delivery of a major D365 Field Service rollout, aligned with ongoing Business Central deployment. Manage workshops, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure requirements are translated into practical solutions. Partner closely with internal systems leads, change managers, and the CIO to drive delivery success. Engage with end users in field-based roles (engineers, maintenance, cleaning, roofing teams), ensuring the solution is simple, practical, and effective. Key Requirements Strong technical project management experience, ideally in large-scale D365 Field Service implementations. Proven ability to deliver complex rollouts across multiple sites. Experience within facilities management or similar service-driven industries (preferred). Confident in leading workshops, reviewing technical blueprints, and bridging the gap between business requirements and system configuration. Hands-on approach – able to identify technical options and guide teams through best-fit solutions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across senior leadership and end users alike.
