Summary: The role of Electrical Project Manager involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of MV and LV systems in a large commercial property in Cardiff, Wales. This long-term position (2 years+) requires collaboration with engineering teams and effective management of subcontractors while ensuring adherence to project milestones and client standards. The position offers a competitive daily rate and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies.
- Chair and manage weekly meetings with the client.
- Understanding the stages and milestones of the project life cycle, working alongside the design, delivery, and commercial teams.
- Ensuring the project program and documentation are being correctly administered and maintained.
- Overseeing subcontractors and liaising with the client throughout the project, adhering to the client's standards.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
- Delivering projects in accordance with a program of works.
- Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them.
- Reporting into the project director.

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Cardiff, Wales on a long term basis (2 years +) for an established client.
Paying a salary based on experience between £550 - 570 a shift + “Outside IR35” + 2 year duration + Weekly payments
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sub contractors installing and commissioning of MV and LV systems into a large commercial property.
Responsibilities will include: -

Payments are £550 - 570 a day with weekly payments, Outside IR35 and long term durations of works.
