Summary: The role of Project Manager at Dabster involves overseeing service delivery management within the Banking and Payments sector for a globally recognized technology company.   • Proven experience in service delivery management within the Banking & Payment, overseeing Apps Development and Support
  • Expertise in Rally (Agile Central) or JIRA - User story & Task Management, Dashboard etc
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC, including different methodologies like Agile/SAFE
  • Understanding of Agile Metrics, Lean Principle and System Thinking
  • Understanding of REST principles (Statelessness, Client-Server, etc.) using Springboot framework
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (Postgres / Oracle/DB2/ MySQL) - any one of the skills is required
  • Familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • Working experience of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
  • Ability to manage and deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail technology services
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and resolve service-related issues quickly and efficiently
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively communicate with business, technical teams, and external clients
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of service delivery professionals
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
