Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cross-departmental planning and service delivery to ensure a sustainable and lawful solution
- Engage with internal teams, elected members, local communities, legal services, housing, and enforcement functions
- Develop and manage an end-to-end project plan with clear milestones, risk management, and progress reporting
- Act as a key link between corporate decision-makers, external stakeholders, and the community
- Oversee project governance, change control, communication, and benefit realisation planning
- Respond quickly to emerging issues, political direction, and stakeholder concerns
- Contribute to the Council's wider transformation agenda through professional project delivery
