Summary: The Project Manager will lead the implementation of D365 CE within the Higher Education sector, focusing on fixed-price engagements. This role requires expertise in financial management, governance, and stakeholder engagement, along with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies. The position is hybrid, primarily remote with occasional travel to Birmingham. The contract duration is expected to be 4-5 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 CE within a Higher Education environment.
- Manage fixed-price engagements, ensuring strong financial control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain robust governance, proactively mitigating risks and issues to ensure project success.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Oversee project delivery within Agile/Scrum frameworks, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Drive project progress while managing dependencies, scope, and change requests effectively.
Key Skills:
- Strong financial management & cost control, ideally in fixed-price engagements.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Higher Education experience, ideally implementing D365 within a university setting.
- D365 Implementation Management experience.
- Hands-on experience as an Agile PM/Scrum Master in a complex project environment is desirable.
