Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure
- Lead contact centre projects involving Genesys and Nuance platforms
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and governance documentation
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and vendors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide clear status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Support business readiness, testing, and implementation activities
- Ensure adherence to organisational governance and delivery standards
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a Contact Centre environment
