  • Develop and execute effective project communication plans and status updates
  • Support, organise and participate in high-profile meetings with senior leadership, including managing actions and data
  • Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and report on project progress
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance processes, governance, and automation
  • Serve as an escalation point for project-related queries, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed

Birmingham | Fixed Term/Secondment until 2027 | Hybrid (3 days onsite) Our client is a leading International firm looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham to work on several operational projects.

About the Role: You will drive key people-focused projects and cyclical events (such as promotions, pay and partner reviews), as well as delivering wider strategic initiatives across the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with Operational and HR business partners and directors in a major transformation period for our business.
