Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver concurrent projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards and timely outcomes
- Act as a main point of contact for internal stakeholders (Business Partnering, Talent, Reward teams) and external vendors
- Develop and execute effective project communication plans and status updates
- Support, organise and participate in high-profile meetings with senior leadership, including managing actions and data
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and report on project progress
- Continually seek opportunities to enhance processes, governance, and automation
- Serve as an escalation point for project-related queries, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders informed
