Summary: The Project Manager will join the Markets Transformation team at a leading investment bank in Belfast for an initial 7-month contract, focusing on remediation related to a 2020 Consent Order. The role requires providing project management support, facilitating engagement with product lines, and ensuring effective communication of project status to stakeholders. The candidate will utilize best practices in project management to drive results and address potential issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing concise Markets activity/progress reports adjusted to the audience
- Providing check and challenge on activity/progress reports by other functions
- Utilizing best practice PMO methodology to maintain plans, risks, and issues
- Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets
- Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines
- Proactively tracking project progress against goals
- Recognizing and addressing potential problems
- Communicating project status effectively across a varied set of stakeholders
- Defining, teaching, and enforcing good project management practices
