Summary: The role of Project Manager for ISO7 Cleanrooms involves overseeing the construction of two cleanrooms for a high-profile MOD project in Belfast. The successful candidate will manage the entire construction process, ensuring compliance with MOD requirements and coordinating various teams. This position requires immediate availability and offers a daily rate of £350-400. The project is set to begin construction in July and is expected to complete by February 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the PCSA and oversee the entire construction process.
- Act as the main contractor, ensuring project delivery to the highest standards.
- Coordinate M&E services, architectural, and civil work teams.
- Ensure compliance with MOD requirements, including BPSS clearance.
- Implement and manage the validation process for cleanrooms.
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure project milestones are met.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in managing cleanroom construction projects.
- Strong M&E bias with comprehensive architectural knowledge.
- Familiarity with the validation process for cleanrooms.
- Previous experience acting as a main contractor.
