Key responsibilities include driving transformation initiatives, leading analysis and requirements gathering, managing test phases using tools like JIRA, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders across trading, finance, operations, technology, and risk management.
What you will need to succeed:
- 5+ years Project management experience ideally in a professional services or financial organisation
- Strong project management experience and a deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory requirements, risk management, and finance
- Significant experience in scoping, developing and prioritizing plans for strategic initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive change in business practices by working effectively across a global organisation and understanding different perspectives
- Thought leadership in target state design through engaging stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
- Extensive SQL experience
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel for data analysis
