  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Chair client meetings, presenting progress reports, addressing concerns, and proactively managing variations or changes to the project scope.
  • Oversee all on-site operations, including health and safety, quality control, and progress reporting.
  • Effectively manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Project Manager - New Build Healthcare, Education, Industrial Experience (No.1 On-site)

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We're partnered with a Tier 2 main contractor seeking a driven individuals that have previously led and delivered healthcare, education or industrial projects ranging from £10m - £20m in value.

As the No.1 on-site, you'll have full autonomy and responsibility for successful project delivery from start to completion. We're open to candidates seeking either long-term contract or permanent employment. While we're keen for someone to start as soon as possible, the client is happy to consider candidates with a 1 month notice period.
