Our client, a well:established and respected highways and civils contractor, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding team based near Basingstoke. Known for their hands-on approach and strong client relationships, theyre looking for someone who is confident in managing projects on the ground and is ready to take more ownership and responsibility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos been working as an Agent, Sub Agent, or early:stage Project Manager and is now looking to solidify their role within a growing business where they can make a genuine impact : with support and structure, but without the layers of hierarchy.

What Youll Be Doing Managing highways/civils projects from contract award through to final handover and financial close Leading teams on:site, maintaining progress against programme and budget Supporting bids and helping develop systems to improve project delivery Preparing and overseeing Health and Safety plans, method statements and site documentation Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders, representing the company professionally at all stages

What Were Looking For Around 5+ years experience in the highways or civils sector Ideally 2+ years as a Project Lead or senior Agent Good working knowledge of UK highway construction methods Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills Relevant qualifications (Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management) CSCS, SMSTS, and NRSWA Supervisor certification Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel in the Southern region
