Summary: The Project Manager role involves leading high-impact projects for a global tech organization, focusing on strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide change. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, applying structured methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and document project goals, KPIs, and key deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement, including external vendors and senior leadership.
  • Drive change management strategies to facilitate adoption and optimize project impact.
  • Track progress, produce clear planning documentation, and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Support organizational growth by managing small to medium complexity initiatives with a global reach, influencing stakeholders up to Director level.

Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project or change management.
  • Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies and change management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a global impact.
  • Familiarity with organizational change processes and testing coordination.
  • Knowledge of project management certifications such as PMP or Agile is preferred.

We are supporting a global tech organisation.

12 months contract – 40 hours per week – 80 EUR per hour (+VAT) – 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office for meetings
