Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, applying structured methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and document project goals, KPIs, and key deliverables.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement, including external vendors and senior leadership.
- Drive change management strategies to facilitate adoption and optimize project impact.
- Track progress, produce clear planning documentation, and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Support organizational growth by managing small to medium complexity initiatives with a global reach, influencing stakeholders up to Director level.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in project or change management.
- Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies and change management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

We are supporting a global tech organisation.
12 months contract – 40 hours per week – 80 EUR per hour (+VAT) – 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office for meetings
